Heritage Craft Fair

The
Heritage Craft Fair
has been held in Framingham, MA for 44 consecutive
years and will be held again on Saturday, March 24, 2018, from 10 AM to 4 PM.
This popular fair will feature over 100 crafters selling their own creations including
glassware, clothing, toys, woodworking, jewelry, leather goods, quilts, metalwork,
paintings and many other arts and crafts.
The fair is held at Keefe Technical School near downtown Framingham, easily
accessible from major highways in the western suburbs of Boston.
All craft booths are indoors at ground level, and the fair is held in all weather.
There is ample free parking.
Food and refreshments are available for crafts vendors and patrons, including
coffee, soft drinks, sandwiches, and pastries.
Admission: Adults - $5.00
Seniors - $4.00
Students K-12 - $2.50

Directions
The annual
Heritage Craft Fair
will take place at the Keefe Technical School
in Framingham, MA. Keefe Tech is easily
reached from Route 9 and other major highways.
From Massachusetts Turnpike:
Take Exit 12, Framingham. Follow Route 9 east for 1.5 miles
to Temple Street on your right.
Follow directions below for Temple Street.
From Route 495:
Take Exit 23A, Route 9 east Framingham. Follow Route 9 for 6.4 miles
to Temple Street on your right. Follow directions below for Temple Street.
From Route 495 (alternate route):
Take Exit 21A onto West Main Street, Hopkinton. Follow directions below for
Route 135 east.
From Route 128 (Route 95):
Take Exit 20B (Route 9 west toward Framingham), and follow Route 9 for about 9
miles. Take Route 126 south for 1.7 miles, cross the RR tracks and make an
immediate right onto Route 135. Follow directions below for Route 135 west.
Temple Street:
The intersection of Route 9 and Temple Street has the following establishments
on the corners: Stop & Shop, CVS, a Gulf Station and Bank of America. If you are
traveling east on Route 9, turn right onto Temple Street. If you are traveling
west on Route 9, you will have to exit to the right and then swing around to
turn left onto Temple Street. Follow Temple Street for 0.2 miles until you come
to a stop light. Turn left onto Salem End Road and follow this road for 0.3 miles
until you come to another stop light. Turn right onto Winter Street and follow
this road for 1.5 miles. Keefe Tech is on the left.
Route 135 East:
If you are traveling east on Route 135 toward Framingham, you will come to a
stoplight in Ashland where Route 135 crosses Chestnut Street and there is a
Dairy Queen on the right.
Continue on Route 135 east for 0.2 miles to a traffic light, then turn left on Fountain Street.
Go a short distance across a bridge, then turn right (this is still Fountain St.).
Proceed for 1.5 miles to the traffic light at Winter Street. Keefe Tech is ahead of you on the left.
Route 135 West:
If you are traveling west on Route 135 through Framingham, you will cross Route 126
at the train station. Continue on Route 135 for 0.4 miles to the next stoplight,
where there is a Gulf Station straight ahead. Bear right on Fountain Street and
drive for 0.7 miles to Keefe Tech on the right.
Fair Layout
The
Heritage Craft Fair
will take place at the Keefe Technical School
in Framingham, MA. The diagram below shows the main entrances
and corridors in the school.
All craft booth spaces are on the ground level
of the school, in sections A, B, C, and D. Food and snacks will be
available in the cafeteria. Rest rooms are located as marked (RR) on
the diagram.
Electricity is available at no cost near many of the craft booth spaces,
but must be requested in advance; bring your own extension cord. Tables
and chairs are not provided.

The next Heritage Craft Fair will be held on
Saturday, March 24, 2018
from 10 AM to 4 PM.
Location: Keefe Technical School, 750 Winter Street, Framingham, MA.
Space: 10 ft. frontage on aisle $75; corner space with frontage on aisle and one side $100.
We do not provide chairs or tables.
Electricity is available at no charge upon request.
Acceptance: Selected participants must be crafters selling their own work.
Booth spaces are assigned according to the order
in which applications and payment are received.
Acknowledgment will be sent via email.
Time: Setup begins at 7:30 am. Crafters are expected to stay for the
entire event 10AM - 4PM.
Coffee, tea and muffins are
available during setup at a nominal price.
